We offer a 30-day returns policy on all non-bespoke items. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please contact us first to arrange a return and we'll provide a prepaid label.
All our linen and cotton pieces are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve the fabric's natural texture and colour. Velvet items should be dry-cleaned only. Full care instructions are included with each order.
